Seeing Clearly Through the Eternal

When you are born again you are born of the eternal things of God. Therefore you are sustained by faith in those eternal things. The working of eternal things began through your faith in Christ and continue through the exaltation of them as your greatest reality. Now since you are born of the Eternal One then you by purpose, put eternal things first place. We need to strengthen our beliefs. The Apostle Paul would travel to certain villages and form beliefs, and then return again to strengthen beliefs so they would not abandon them when the circumstances would get tough. Temporary things have the potential to make us weary. This should be a warning bell that tells us that it’s not our purpose to let them rule us. I’m here to encourage you to keep your hands on the plow that God has set before you. The plow of the High call in Christ. We must not be distracted away from this race that is set before us.

Hebrews 12:2-3 (AMP)
2 Looking away [from all that will distract] to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith [giving the first incentive for our belief] and is also its Finisher [bringing it to maturity and perfection]. He, for the joy [of obtaining the prize] that was set before Him, endured the cross, despising and ignoring the shame, and is now seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 Just think of Him Who endured from sinners such grievous opposition and bitter hostility against Himself [reckon up and consider it all in comparison with your trials], so that you may not grow weary or exhausted, losing heart and relaxing and fainting in your minds.

We need to keep our minds set, fixed on the above way of doing things. We must see clearly the eternal things. The Highest call is to be in Him. This High call is manifest through the same working that operated in Jesus that made Him the Christ in the earth. I must decrease, He must increase. No longer me, only Him. The fullness of all He is, is living through me. That needs to be my prize, it’s more precious than anything. Exalting it as the highest way of living is the goal. In this life everything belittles the main purpose it says “no this is more important” The course of this world is against the working of the Christ. This world is anti-Christ. Things and circumstances are always trying to exalt themselves in our minds. Every thought must be in submission to Christ. We must exalt the greater reality in the good times and the bad. It’s easy to exalt this reality when everything is feeling great and there’s plenty of money in the bank. The devil wants to get you to abandon the main purpose so God can’t make things clear to you. The enemy is trying to blind the minds of them to keep them from being clear. You're full of joy when you see things clearly.
I’m convinced that every last one of those spies that were with Joshua and Caleb were blind when they came in to spy out the land. When Joshua and Caleb came in they saw things clearly. Because they were seeing through what God said. They were looking through the Word of God and they saw things clearly. They saw that it was the other way around, the giants are the grasshoppers and we’re going to overtake them. We’re well able to overcome them.
When you start to see clearly you see that the devil is no match to the Greater One in you. We look not on the things which are seen but at the things which are not seen. We need to be looking at it, pressing in, and don’t grow weary in doing so. I press toward the mark of the prize of the high call of God to conduct my entire being in Christ Jesus. That’s the highest call there is, or ever will be. Amen!
