Pastors Phil & Connie Carey
BFC's rich history would not have been established without the years sown by our founders, Phillip and Connie Carey. Since1987,
they have built upon their mission to be people serving God through serving people. Their dynamic teaching center, founded on the Word of God, the Name of Jesus, and the anointing of the Holy Spirit has brought many into ultimate freedom, thus, "Setting the Captives Free".
